Yes, we are able to ship straws and limited styles of jewelry from Germany and Nanjing, China. However, these are satellite offices and the entirety of our collection is available in the US.
If the item you purchased has a flaw, we will refund the full purchase price, no problem. If, however, you just don't want any item after receiving it, we will deduct the price of shipping the item to you after we have received it back from you. Thanks for understanding.
